Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you change your mind, we will happily provide you with a refund within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Items that have been used and without their packaging cannot be accepted unless the item was faulty upon receipt. Returns outside of the 14 day window cannot be accepted.

If you have simply changed your mind, please email us and return the item to the return address provided. We will notify you upon acceptance of your return and provide a refund minus the shipping fee once the product has been received and processed. Please note, during busy periods, returns can take up to 14 days to process.

Damages

In the unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and send a photograph to the thewitchesplanner@outlook.com.

Any refunds can only be provided via the original payment method.
